Fuji is a fun experiment, but we can't truly trust this guy in high leverage spots. Even if he went like 10 scoreless outings to end the season do you trust him in the playoffs? We basically have one bullpen guy we can trust.

When he was drafted in the second round I was kinda like, "What am I missing here?" A 2B who hit 400 basically back to back years in college with developing power? Plus 18 SB in 61 games? I don't look closely at college stats but I had to figure he was at the top of the board if not leading the league in hitting both years.

If you are that high on your own prospects you shouldn't trade them in a deal you don't like just to make the deal. It was clear that teams wanted one (or more) of the core guys Elias just was not going to trade.

The thing that scares me about Wells in the bullpen is, you can shake off a HR when your a starter. You can pitch 3 or 4 more innings and keep your team in the game. But if you are the bullpen you can't give up taters. A HR and you have failed. There's no margin for error. Can he work around that?
