Looks like the sprinkler has been revived, at least by Cowser. Maybe the motorcycle was bad luck?

Hyde lost that game. Baumann should never be in there for high leverage situations, especially when Cano is available (and Coulombe for that matter). Baumann should only be used when absolutely necessary or for mop up duty.

I have family in Sacramento so I look forward to attending some of these games, hopefully when the O's are there. Wish me luck

Looks like maybe they could start at 7:00 or so? Not sure how that works with KC's travel.

Assuming both of these remaining games are postponed, what's the most likely way to make them up? KC is not scheduled to come back to Baltimore this year.

What Will The McKenna Move Be? DFA or Trade?
Gunnar replied to sportsfan8703's topic in Orioles Talk
McKenna and Nevin DFAed -
Can't wait for this to really blow up so i can watch all the updates on TV, between commercials for DraftKings and FanDuel. Kevin Hart will make out like a bandit.

Roch: Holliday, Mayo, Kjerstad, Stowers, Norby, and Al Suarez optioned
Gunnar replied to interloper's topic in Orioles Talk
So they're going for the extra year? When can Holliday come up? -
Camden Yards switching from Pepsi to Coke
Gunnar replied to Going Underground's topic in Orioles Talk
So Angelos is Pepsi, Rubenstein is Coke, sounds about right. -
March 19 at Toronto/Dunedin - Kevin and Ben on the call
Gunnar replied to Just Regular's topic in Game Threads
Irvin is seemingly locked into a starter role (barring a trade or FA signing)... maybe he's still tinkering rather than trying to win per se. -
I hope they don't have a "one rookie in the infield" limitation, it would be very arbitrary. They should go with the best options available, regardless of tenure.
-
I agree, but I hope they can keep the feel of watching games on MASN (with homer announcers, Orioles legends etc.). I have watched games for other teams on their channels and IMO none of them were as enjoyable.

Teheran is... not good.

Toronto signed Joey Votto to a minor league contract

I'm thinking he will have some pretty lucrative endorsement deals over there, maybe enough to make up the difference or at least come close enough.

You know when an abused animal gets adopted by a new loving family, and it takes a while for the animal to trust the new people, no matter how good they are? We're in that phase.

I have done it with mixed results (live in NC which is somehow in the market, screw you MLB). It seems like they have ways of sniffing out the VPN. Last year it worked well for the first couple months but later in the season many times I could not get it to work, didn't matter which server I picked, settings, etc. That said, you can do it on the Firestick, you just need to make sure the VPN you pick has an app that can be used on Firestick (I used Private Internet Access VPN, maybe a different one would work better). Personally I am going to just pay for DirecTV Stream during the season, I'm done messing with VPNs.

Didn't Ed-Rod veto the Dodgers trade because he wanted his family to stay in Michigan?

True, but this what Boras is good at (convincing players to go to FA, and getting max contracts). Presumably these players knew that when they signed with him. I would love to be proven wrong of course.
