31.5 million dollar bonus baby Yoan Moncada played his first game at Delmarva for the Red Sox' Greenville Drive. He appeared to tweak his ankle on a fielding play so we didn't get a fair indication of his speed. He will cost the Red Sox 63 million dollars when you include the penalty tax.

Essentially he has just about completed all of the innings planned for him this year anyway.

Gonzalez is a guy probably pitching a level too high and still being a work horse. I'm glad that he made a full season team this year and stuck. It would be a really smart move to let him start out again at Delmarva and see what he can do. No need to rush him to Frederick.
