Darn near every hitter is performing worse the second half of the season. And it seems like it is the same pattern every year. Would these guys perform better if they all sat out some games over the course of the season? Schoop, Machado, Jones, Trumbo, Davis, and Hardy are locks unless they are injured. I think some rest during the season would result in better performance. Thoughts?
