Hopefully Tillman is 100% healthy and popping 96 with command like he did on opening day.

Tillman pitching in Toronto against the Jays. Even at 100% I'd hardly call an edge to the O's there.

He's pitched pretty well against the Jays this year and pretty well in Toronto this year. He's certainly done better against the Jays this year than Stroman has against the Orioles.

This is basically my reasoning. It's very, very close, but I'd give Tillman the slight edge based on his MLB track record in recent years. If healthy, of course.

I think that's wishful thinking, unfortunately.

He'll come out of the gates throwing 88-89 and missing well off the plate.

The question is whether he'll avoid any damage in the 1st and settle down thereafter.
