Is it time for the writers to choose a 3rd #1 team in the last three weeks? UF and UA have been exposed as maybe not quite as good as the hype after close calls at home against lesser teams.

Yep I agree, and I think we are on our way - as in most years to be in a position again where there will probably not be a true #1 and #2 team and the sport will be hurt by the assinine postseason format.

Tennessee is a team that was beaten on it's own field by the Pac-10s 8th or 9th best team. They are a lesser team.

It's a huge rivalry game, you can throw everything else out. When Alabama and Tennessee play, anything can happen.

And if Bama is going to beat LSU, they have to play better than they have the past two games.
