I'm only referring to the vaccine reaction, not all of life. Other things also get weaker over time and cause different pains/symptoms. Haha

As you get older your immune system slows a bit, so the older crowd tend to have fewer symptoms. The reason people have a bigger reaction on the 2nd shot is there body "learns" to defend itself, so the second instance is tougher, but tends to happen more fiercely with stronger immune systems (aka younger crowd). I have had similar issues with poison oak and have basically been told I don't want to get it again (like I was trying the first 2 times....).

It also removes cash and uses brain tricks that get us all to spend more money. Losing you phone will become even more stressful. All fair questions, I was responding a bit to other replies. As others mentioned, LG is the brand. Airplane mode means I can only use for WiFi, so you'd have to download tickets at home. It won't work offline (called airplane mode), but that means you don't have to pay the contracts either. Basically, I can set the phone for specific tasks and not pay the 900-1200 for the phone and then the reoccuring monthly costs. Pandora is a music app and has nothing to do with your question, it was really just meaning I can pay a low cost and use it as a free device after that first few dollars. If you can't get a good answer from ticketing, let me know. I will set up a phone for you with a simple, just for O's email account and the ticket app and just mail you a phone with instructions to use that one function. Either way, I hope you find a way to enjoy some baseball live.

I've got LG phones that will do the job for $10-30 bucks (used to have several for beer money purposes). Now I put in airplane mode and use for Pandora for my daughter. No contract, fees or anything else. For purposes of tickets, you could make it work with one of the $10 phones.

Yeah, opening day is always a good pull. I hope we can hit capacity most weekends though. We had lots of sub 10k in past (non-COVID) seasons, right? I'd be sad to not hit the 25% mark, even though I think it'll happen at least some.

I get the frustration about his comments being similar to the past, to the stupid contract and still being on the team. If he must be here (and it seems likely at this point), it'd be nice if the changes made a difference and he showed significant progression. Certainly. I think finding a good solution is part of why they've limited to to only comp picks. At a minimum they'd have to navigate this differently than the NFL and it's not a simple switch.

If you could trade all picks, I think you'd need to overhaul the process to match the money like the NFL. You trade up to get a higher ranks player because they have higher value to you and the cost should be higher. Trade down get more picks and lower costs. It isn't set up that way, but trading picks should remove the 48th rounder getting 2nd round money. There is precedent, but to do this I think they'd do better with a larger overhaul than just say you trade picks and the associated value. Otherwise it diminishes the value of having a cap for the weaker teams in the first place.
