They acquired replacement level filler like Odor. To me, a purposefully non-competitive season is an excuse to challenge prospects.

When they are only going to have that level of attendance for one game this season it makes sense to not ramp things up fully and just have dissatisfied customers.

Here is the scorecard: I don't see anything "Right down the middle" that wasn't called. Do you? The zone was a bit tight there at the bottom of the zone but it wasn't that bad, at least it was pretty consistent.

I'm sure splitting time between multiple positions is making his development much simpler.

I think most of a manager's job is managing the clubhouse. I don't think I could command the respect of a clubhouse of major league players. Getting guys to buy in to whatever system is in place in a big piece.

If he was doing it in Norfolk I'd be plenty impressed!
