If only there had been this extended period of time in which the team wasn't trying to be competitive in which they could have sorted out who would be the best choices to keep going forward when the team was trying to be competitive.
When they are only going to have that level of attendance for one game this season it makes sense to not ramp things up fully and just have dissatisfied customers.

The zone was a bit tight there at the bottom of the zone but it wasn't that bad, at least it was pretty consistent.
I think most of a manager's job is managing the clubhouse. I don't think I could command the respect of a clubhouse of major league players.
Getting guys to buy in to whatever system is in place in a big piece.
