Being a former starter doesn’t mean you can throw more innings out of the ‘pen effectively than a reliever who is not a former starter. Doesn’t work like that.
You don’t pull a starter after 1 bad inning lmao. You’d burn out a bullpen in one month. You’re already seeing what happens when you pull starters willy nilly every game. ‘Pen is clearly fatigued.
The situation here is someone being pulled after less than 80 FREAKING PITCHES. If you want to debate something like 120 pitches then fine but it's asinine to use pitch count or innings as a justification for pulling Kremer yesterday.
