Richmond native. I know we like geogrphical bias when it works in our favor. I didn't see this guy on a top 100 list for 2011 but he is only a junior. Anyone have input on him?

A barely related thought, I really wish the A's would let Sean Doolittle pitch. His velo was fringy but I always thought he was a better pitcher than hitter.
