Yeah, I think another half-year of seasoning and he'll be about as ready as he's ever going to be. I just wonder if he has much of a ceiling, and based on a brief look, I don't think he'll ever be that athletic around the bag.

Considering the way Davis and Pearce can field at first base I will be fine with Walker DHing for a few years while Bobby Dickerson makes him a better fielder. I am more into can Walker be a cheap, effective middle of the order of the hitter.
