There was no negotiation. The offer was for Hoffman, Pentecost and Mitch Hay. The Orioles were not going back and forth. As they told Roch on Thursday, nothing was eminent.

That won't amount to much if anything. Maybe some punishment for the Jays but nothing worth getting excited about for the Orioles.

No problem, just let PA handle what he does best. Whatever causes more dysfunction for jays is great in my book.

I am still skeptical. The last time we heard this stuff from the Toronto press the negotiating started up and shortly there after and Hoffman's name came out.
