O's Moves that need to be made

Rogers optioned.  I expect that Josh Lucas will be called up.   He will need to be added to the 40 man roster.  He is out of options so he has to stay or be waived. The 40 man roster is currently at 39.

Bleier probably goes on the IL today or is optioned.  There seems to be a discussion on whether he needs to pitch or be shut down.  He thinks he needs to pitch but he is not ready to be in the majors.

I think the O's will promote Scott or Ortiz because they are on the 40 man roster and available to pitch.    I think which ever one it is the will be sent down on Sunday the 14th when Ramirez is ready to  be called up and pitch.

Cobb will come off the IL on the 17th and start. Someone will be optioned at the that point.

Those are my guesses.
