I just listened to the whole thing and while I'll restrain from general criticism, the part where he says "Luke Siler from Orioles Hangout is super high on Elio Prado" kind of pisses me off, because I've never said anything similar to that. I tweeted that I didn't know enough about Prado to even include him in a Top 50 Orioles prospects. I don't just say things so it's kind of annoying to be very publicly misrepresented.

Are they too high on Rodriguez, DJ Hall and Baumann?   May have Rodriguez as an ace.  Hall as the 2nd half of a great one-two punch and Baumann as a #3.

The guy was overly enthusiastic about Hall and Rodriguez and was throwing around IMO some irresponsible projections for what they’d be. Sure, those guys could be #2s or even a #1 if everything goes right, but to not talk about the more realistic outcome or some of the obvious risks involved is a bit much I think.

Baumann, I’m also high on and think #3 starter is a realistic ceiling. The big thing with all 3 was that he was treating ceiling like it was the 50% percentile outcome rather than the 95%+ percentile outcome. Also, when talking about Baumann, he gave no real analysis of him as a pitcher outside he t99 and goes after hitters. The average listener wouldn’t even know which pitches he throws. 

I’m not trying to pile on the guy, because I know from experience that it’s hard to break down prospects thoroughly on a podcast and still be concise.

I once had an article written about me in the Maryland Gazette in which the lady reporter took notes instead of recording my actual voice. So when my quotes came out they were all out of context and not even factual.
