Well it's funny in 2018 I remember hearing these great things about Will and wanted him after seeing the Orioles would get that following  June first pick then the season started and Adley had the better year so yeah I wanted Adley at that point. The saying I should had stuck to my original thinking

Adley had the better rookie season.  Things can change quickly in baseball, and I'm optimistic Adley can turn things around.  But I highly doubt he'll turn things around before the end of the season.

I honestly did not want Adley because I was so over the switch hitting Jesus thing.  But Adley was good for a while.  Best case is he has nagging injuries and the Orioles are just hiding it.

The O's had 2 1st round picks they chose catchers: Western and Adley, they were just mediocre. Catchers are a tough position.

Not too many I-Rods or Piazzas out there, that’s for sure. But I wouldn’t call A-Rutsch a bust by any means. Let’s see what 2025 brings.

Makes no sense because even if we DID score 10 in the 9th to miraculously force extra innings, Adley would have to bat again before that happened.

Adley was excellent for 2+ years and has been bad for less than 3 months.   Let's not go overboard and declare him a failure.
