Year UZR

2005- 12.6

2006- 11.6

2007- 8.5

2008- 2.0

2009- -5.6

2010- -10.4

See a pattern?

+/- has him at a few runs above average, total zone has him a few runs below average, and the fan's survey has him as right on average. UZR seems to be the outlier.

I'd have to probably assume he's roughly average, or just a tick below, unless my scouts really saw something else.

Sure doesn't look like Koji is having any problems finding offers either yet AM didn't offer him arbitration.

.

There may be a lot of interest, but probably not with a $6-7M guaranteed base salary.

Everything rumored has said that teams are afraid to commit money to him because of his DL stints.

Baseball Reference dWAR has him a tick under 0.

Interesting that people promote his as an above average defender when everything else says otherwise.
