Exactly. Oakland never had a single at bat the entire game with even the tie run at the plate, and never got closer than three runs.

That's right. There was never a single at bat in the entire game where Oakland could hit a home run and not still be behind.

That is a game that we had completely in hand, regardless of the handwringing and bedwetting in the game thread. In fact, I would say it is probably the first game all year where the opposition never even got the tie run to the plate ONCE in the entire game.

Darn, should have stuck around for the AJ postgame interview, I love his interviews.

But I fired up the latest episode of Rookie Blue on the DVR instead... since I didn't have Scott's avatar to look at anymore I needed me some Missy Peregrym...
