It's almost that time of the year again, hangouters. The arbitration hearings have been settled and everyone has reported to the friendly confines of the Orioles Spring training complex in Sarasota, FL. Exhibition games will commence soon on Mar. 3rd which means it's time for me to post the Orioles Spring Training Tracker. The Orioles official camp roster is listed below with brief commentary on each player's outlook posted next to their name.

Red = Locks to make team barring injury or trade

Blue = Bubble players trying to earn those last few spots up for grabs in the bullpen and on the bench

Black = Everyone else. They are considered long shots or no shots to break camp with the O?s but that doesn't mean their outlook couldn't change as the Spring progresses.

This is where you can track all the spring training roster moves and get the latest info on all the players in camp.

While the transaction hasn't been made official yet, the beat writers are reporting that Wieters is expected to begin the season on the DL. He's not expected to be out long but the club feels he needs additional time to build up strength following recovery from TJ surgery.

As such, Caleb Joseph is the favorite to start in his absence and has been upgraded to a lock to make the team.

Steve Clevenger, J.P. Arencibia, and Ryan Lavarnway are in the mix to earn a spot on the roster as backup catcher while Wieters remains sidelined. All three have been upgraded to bubble players.

We learned today that J.J. Hardy appears headed to the DL and the roster tracker has been updated accordingly. This news also likely opens the door Jimmy Paredes, Ryan Flaherty, and Everth Cabrera to make the team. No word yet on who has the inside track to start in place of Hardy at shortstop on opening day.
