When Eduardo Rodriguez was a boy, he broke his right arm (which was his throwing, writing, eating, etc. arm.)

When his doctor told him that he had to go a long period of time in which he could not throw with his right arm at all, he decided to start throwing with his left arm, and has been doing so ever since.

Shades of Mordecai "Three-Finger" Brown, whose pitching hand was mangled in a farming accident when he was a boy, which subsequently allowed him to throw one of the most wicked curveballs in the history of Major League Baseball.

Also: ) Billy Wagner broke his right arm (his natural throwing arm) twice as a boy, and he subsequently became a left-handed pitcher who eventually made it to the Major Leagues (and wound up saving 422 games between 1996 and 2010.)

What a great album. Heart sure had some good songs.

Saw them at Meriwether in '87.  Great show, except I was really disappointed they didn't play Barracuda.  I will likely go to my grave never having heard Barracuda live.
