Our 3B Defense is Atrocious!

Our overall defense is horrid, but our 3B defense this year is abysmal. Of course, we could have never seen this coming.

I can thank Buck for it.

Buck is the one putting Manny at short.  Buck isn't filling out the card with Manny at third and he's walking over to short on his own.

I'm so grateful for all that offense Valencia and Beckham are providing to make up for their subpar defense.  Oh wait, they're horrible on offense too.

I agree. Manny hurt the team by wanting to play SS. I think it is fair to say that Manny will always be a better third baseman than a SS. Manny was the best third baseman in MLB. I absolutely cannot believe that he wanted to switch to SS. Why mess with success?

I almost guarantee you that whoever signs Manny will miraculously convince him to play third again (he'll have about 300 million reasons to do so, actually).  And we'll just be the idiots who licked our franchise player's boots in his walk year only to see him sign elsewhere for millions and millions more than we'd be willing to pay.  Silly rabbit, goodwill is for kids -- money talks in the MLB!

We are undeniably better with Manny at 3rd and Beckham at SS.  How many times do we have to not turn a double play?
