Orioles Break Streak By Not Losing On Day Off

The Reds, amazingly, lost again on the Orioles’ off day. This pushed the Reds back to the dubious honor of having the worst win percentage in MLB, by half a game.

This can be seen as an improvement for the Orioles, as we went from being tied for last place, to having sole possession of second to last place in MLB.

I spent my O's day off by going to see Norfolk play in Durham. In the first inning, Yacabonis gave up a grand slam. I felt like I'd fallen through the looking glass and the Orioles had followed me to the minor league park.

Charlon Schoop looks incredibly slick at 2B. Just my first impression, but strong arm and nice work around the bag on DP. Oh, and 31 years old.

Joey Rickard was 0-3. I brought him bad luck. My 10 year old daughter "Hey, his batting average and OBP just dropped 4 points."

First look ever at DJ Stewart. 0-3

Presley hit a long HR late in the game.

I should have gone today, a 10:30am game. Hess had completed 4 innings, Hits 0 SO 3 BB 1, Tide up 6-0.
