I think Arte made promises to get Maddon. I think they get Price, Rendon goes to Texas but the Angels spend big on one more too. Not sure who yet. 

Billy Eppler may be happy to mortgage the future to make sure he's a GM for another 365.

Well, let’s see.    They had a winning record every year, went to the playoffs 7 times, and went to the ALCS 4 times.    They had the best record in the major leagues over the decade and averaged 92 wins a season.    Their attendance was over 3 million each of the 10 years.   

If I were them, I’d just keep doing what they’re doing.
