I made the case last year that Basallo's finish at A+/AA was better than Salas'. Especially Eastern/IL vs. PCL adjusted. But I didn't have a strong case vs. the age difference projections other than assuming SDP rushed Salas. Looks like as strong a theory as any at this point to me. Not MLBpipeline.

Yes it must have been his decision, though I'm not sure you can call choosing not to invest a huge amount of money in something "meddling". All owners are involved in big money contracts and investments. -
In other words, there is no factual basis for the statement that the incidence of TJ surgery is increasing, or is somehow being caused by the pitch clock. Shocker. Data >>> anecdotal evidence.

I recall looking at Palacios a bit last year and being impressed. Glad to see him build on his successes.
