Who's the latest Boras client to sign with a losing team that had the highest offer?

Here's the first few that popped to my mind:

Kevin Millwood signed with Texas Rangers for 2006 season for 5/$60M after a 79-83 season and 5/6 losing seasons.

Carlos Beltran signed with New York Mets for 2005 season for 7/$119M after a 71-91 season, their 3rd consecutive losing season.

Barry Zito signed with the San Francisco Giants for the 2007 season for 7/$126M after a 76-85 season, their 2nd consecutive losing season.

Adrian Beltre signed with the Seattle Mariners for the 2005 season for 5/$64M after a 63-99 season.

Why would you be depending on someone who has never actually, you know, played for the Orioles to be the person to turn the franchise around? Shouldn't you be looking more in the direction of Nick Markakis, Adam Jones, or Matt Wieters, instead of Tex...nevermind, that would make some semblance of sense and there's no place on the internet for that.
