I think automatic ball-and-strikes are an inevitability at this point. It's just a question of time. Maybe not next year, but the year after.

Things are magnified because the two best pitches Kremer has made all game so far were those two that were called balls to Soto…and they would have resulted in a K. But most everything else from Kremer has been inconsistently blah.

Great play Westburg! That was huge because it saved Kremer's rising pitch count. I was just thinking of how these were the crucial moments that will determine if he can get into the 6th.

Dean Kremer is going to need a fast efficient 5th inning if he's going to be able to pitch the 6th. 

He's already at 80 pitches. But he's a pitcher who can go 110.
