Besides, if he continues to catch an excellent game from Bergeson, that's as important a thing to prove. No one is worried about his hitting--the questions have been mainly about his work behind the plate. In his interview in the locker room today or yesterday, Matt hinted as much--that his primary responsibility is handing the pitchers correctly, the hitting will come.
