Oh come on. He hit .300 last year and he's hitting .300 again this year. I know you'll probably say he's a Juan Pierre All-Star and that's fine but I'd like a .353 OBP from our centerfielder. He doesn't hit for power, but that's alright.

Ok, maybe it was a tiny exaggeration. But since his near-ROY season he's been an average defensive CF with a below-average bat. He's a 1.5 win player. You can get by with that, but he's basically a 33-year-old with the current value of Adam Jones. Much of Jones' value is upside, Pods is almost certainly as good as he'll ever be.
