  4. Isn't Judge also injury prone? Super risky not taking that offer.
  5. This guy is in the minority but that goes without saying. Nearly 4000 fans on this site ranked the cartoon bird 8th. https://fanjuicer.com/2019/02/the-official-mlb-cap-logos-ranked-by-over-2000-fans Also I don’t know how many people I meet out here on the west coast wearing the cartoon bird cap who aren’t even Orioles fans but it’s quite a few. Personally , I like the cartoon bird swinging the bat but maybe not as the official logo. “For me, this is definitely top third material here. Not many MLB teams have the mascot head as a cap logo. A pair of eyes staring back at you on an insignia is already more clever than your standard bold letters. Very interesting logo.” “It’s cartoony but not too silly.” “This is probably my favorite hat logo and I think it will finish near the top. It tells so much more about the team than the hat logos that are simply letters. If you didn’t know anything about the team, you’d immediately recognize that the team’s mascot is a bird and that they play baseball, as the mascot is wearing a baseball hat. It also has a cartoonist character to it that helps appeal to pretty much every age group.” “The Orioles have one of the most unique cap insignias. Notably, it includes a cap in the logo itself. I would guess that this will be in the middle with some lovers and some haters. The Orioles have a less-common color scheme and a more interesting symbol than the majority of letter-combination insignias.” “This will be in the top half of the rankings. It’s such a distinct and clean logo compared to the rest of the league that it is hard not to tell which team it represents. It is one of the most marketable logos despite the team’s performance.”
  6. Any idea which of our pitchers will be benefit the most from this change?
  7. Looking forward to seeing this in-game. Sounds like it could also assist with any confusion between the pitcher, catcher, and other players wearing the tech. I like the potential for making this part of the game more efficient as it seems to solve multiple time wasting issues.
  8. Is it too late to cancel my MLBTV subscription?
  9. Ok but why compare them to the top spending teams? This simply shows the other team salary issue in baseball which he doesn’t call out.
  10. This is exactly what he mentioned in the video.
  11. Here’s the actual video: https://www.mlb.com/orioles/video/sig-mejdal-talks-o-s-on-mlb-now He speaks like a former NASA engineer running an analytics department. Imagine that.

  13. What’s the details on the draft lottery?
  14. Thanks for sharing these @justD!
  15. Live chat with Elias about to start, "Mike Elias explains decision to move left field wall back at Camden Yards"
  16. That might be the most impressive comp list I’ve seen but Mountcastle smiles too much for the Belle comp. ?
  17. Too early to discuss the no.1 pick in the 2023 draft?
  18. Elias is a batman fan. Gotta be the reason for this take
  19. Not all of them will make it. So my guess is the injury prone players. DL Hall
  20. Not sold on Mouncastle’s power? ?
  21. As a fellow alumni I’m pulling hard for Norby to be an Orioles regular for years. ???
