I'm still betting that neither Miller nor Johnson makes the team. I see a bench of Flaherty, Antonelli, Chavez, and a backup catcher.

You could certainly be right. Antonelli could definitely take that last bench spot. Johnson can be sent to the minors and Miller should pass through waivers with no problems. I still think a healthy Johnson would be best as the RH DH, but Antonelli would provide more defensive flexibility.
