Yeah lets hope the Cubs do very well with Roberts and in the long run we do GREAT with the young guys we get in return. Seems we like trading with Chicago and I would like to keep the pipeline open.

Frankly, I find this whole "face of the franchise" thing to be overblown, especially for a losing team/organization. Why not Nick?

These moves, if they fall into place, are all about a distinct change in course, for good or bad. If we don't have a logical face of the franchise for a period, so be it.
