Another attempt to predict the future, it's like a national obsession it seems.

I think that the most important thing about Schoop is that having him on the big team won't hurt his development and it has the potential to help us reach the playoffs.

Flaherty is needed on the bench and his hitting seems to be in the same level as before. He can replace Machado when he needs a day off, Schoop when he struggles a little.

Anyway, I've been dreaming about having this kind of problem since 1998.

I just hope that Buck gives him enough games to find his legs and see if he is the 2nd baseman of the future. I think his defense will be fine, it's his hitting that will be in question. I would also add that unless he really tanks at the plate it would be best to play him. If he does tank at the plate then send him down and get him the playing time that he needs instead of sitting him on the bench.
