On one hand you have the entirity of his minor league career and every scouting report from that time period.

On the other hand you have about a third of a major league season (he was scuffling on defense there at the end of the year).

Odds are very good what we saw was a mirage of small sample size proportions.

He's Beeston's boss.

One rumor is that he's trying to make a name for himself which might mean going all out cowboy trying to get what he wants.
