I'm still wondering why Fahey was drafted even in the 12th round. They should have been able to look at him and then go ahead and draft the best available relief pitcher who might have a MLB career in them.

There are many, many players drafted, some a lot higher than the 12th round, who are nowhere near as good as Fahey. Remember the O's historic 1999 draft class?

Also, since I dissed Brian's basestealer tagging technique, I have to give him props for that attempt. I'm not sure if he actually managed to tag Beltre or not, but he did the best he could with another lousy throw and made it close.

Yeah he wanted out of there. He couldn't handle it. Kranitz has a lot of work to do with him. This is a big deficit for us to overcome tonight. We should be able to hit Washburn though, it just isn't happening right now

Let's look at it this way, we've had runners on with chances to score so far this game. If we can chip away this inning and chase Washburn being down by 1 or 2 we still have a chance to win.

I'm not going to question Adams fielding, it looked like he didn't read the ball very well though. I'm not a big fan of his base running right now.

Unless they are all wearing Adam Loewen jerseys it isn't embarassing for them at all.
