I must say, Miley is proving me wrong tonight! The O's pitchers have had a way of coming up big when you absolutely least expect it. Ubaldo's spot start vs MIN after being demoted to the bullpen, struggles again in the bullpen, then comes back with a half dozen good-to-very-good solid starts. Miley coming off a back injury and the O's in dire need of wins after the Red Sox sweep pitches a gem. Gallardo gives up 6 runs vs TB, falls behind 2-0, and somehow we pull off the win in extras. Baseball is a funny game sometimes.

Kim, almost singlehandedly, won the game for us when he "ambushed" Shipley. His two-run homer was the only offense needed yesterday to cement the sweep. Many of his teammates showered him with sunflower seeds as he entered the dugout.
