Well, we are certainly not going to bringin Brach, O'Day, or GIvens before the 7th.

Do you think Ubaldo pitching the 6th is so much worse than going to Stefan Crichton, that it constitutes "giving up"?   Detroit might score off Ubaldo in the 6th; they might also score off Crighton.

Kevin has been awful for 2 months.

 

Ubaldo has stunk for over 3 straight years (with a few brief moments of sanity wedged in).

 

For me it isn't even close.
