Tillman's velocity touched 94 in the last outing which is a good sign, but it means nothing if he can't command the ball in the zone.

His offspeed stuff is absent. Haven't seen the change yet, and the curve is not sharp.

He's getting ground balls, but some of his pitches are just going astray.

That SO was set up by the CH but that pitch was in a dangerous location. Still, his command of the FB seems slightly better. Working ahead will help, too.

And two strike pitches to slap hitters have to be better.
