Other than to enable accounting chicanery why would they need to borrow funds?

Spent too much? Poor attendance.

No.    Companies don’t need to buy their own shares.   That’s the shareholders’ job.    It does happen with public companies, but not usually with a privately held company.

This is from 2017, the figures are from Forbes I believe.

It would be interesting to know the source of this info for Forbes.  Seems odd that the Orioles and Diamondbacks had the exact same revenue, to the penny.  The Cubs and Red Sox also had identical revenues.  Braves and Tigers, as well.

There appear to be some mistakes, the Orioles 2017 revenue was 253M, not 257M.

Here is Orioles specific info.

On the Zoellner front, I'm not sure how accurate these estimates are, but according to this http://www.smadaplaysfantasy.com/MiLB_Trend_Graphs/, he had the longest estimated HR distance of any Orioles prospect at 457ft.

Although, Santander would be first if he still had prospect eligibility. He hit one an estimated 486ft the final day of the AAA season.

Wouldn't it be something if Zoellner flames out like expected, but remains with the organization. Then 20 years later emerges as manager, and becomes the most successful manager in O's history!
