Bo played baseball in high school, and for Auburn where he hit over .400 with a 1.300 OPS as a junior.  Has Lamar ever play organized baseball?

Checking wiki it seems like he only did football, and maybe a little track.  But I honestly don't know.

I saw him take batting practice. Richie Martin could school him.

You say this like it would negatively influence the choice.  Lower OPS's will help ensure one more year of high draft picks which like it or not is likely a goal behind the scenes.  I am hoping this is the last year we intentionally tank a season.  I'd like to watch some baseball again at some point.

Does anyone still look at the defensive zone rating (??) stat? I'd imagine LJ would have trouble catching and throwing, but his range could be outlandish. Put him in CF. It's easier than SS.
