I don't believe #4 and #5 starters are still on the market because Trevor Bauer is still unsigned.  They're practically separate markets.  If you need a fringe starter and aren't willing to pay big bucks like the Orioles, you're not focused on where Bauer lands or for how much.  On the flip side of that coin, if you're trying to get Bauer you're not looking at #4 and #5 guys.

With Akin, Kremer, and Zimmerman ready now, Baumann probably just as close, Lowther, Wells and Smith close behind, I sure hope he doesn't start throwing innings at guys that won't move the needle or bring back much in trade.

It's time to start giving these guys major league innings.
