Falling headlong down the SABR bio rabbit hole

For some reason I never spent a lot of time looking at player bios on sabr.org — I think at one point I searched for five or six players and none of them had bios, and I moved on. But the past few weeks I have been doing little else in my spare time.

Recent reading included those on Lowenstein, Stanhouse, Traber, Rayford, Tito Landrum, Sammy Stewart, Drungo Hazewood, Sakata, Roenicke, Stoddard, Belanger, Mark Corey and others. I wish their search function was a little better, but at least I have finally found a worthwhile use for my old iPad.

Yeah, they are usually pretty good.
