MINOR LEAGUE GAME SUMMARIES

The Bowie Baysox qualified for the Double-A Northeast Championship Series with a win or go home 7-5 victory over Altoona.  The best of five series will start in Bowie on Tuesday and continue there on Wednesday.  They are the Orioles Hangout MiLB Players of the Day.

 

NORFOLK TIDES (48-72) LOST 6-2 TO JACKSONVILLE - AAA

• Adley Rutschman went 1 for 3 with a homerun, 1 run scored, 2 RBI and a walk.
• Kyle Stowers went 1 for 4 with a double.
• SP: Ryan Hartman allowed 6 runs, 5 earned, on 8 hits (1 homerun) while walking 1, striking out 6 and hitting a batter over 4.2 innings.  He took the loss.
