It is good expectations are back. Price to pay for that though is more emotional investment.

No data to support the ball being juiced so far this year. Eight teams scored  one run or less so far today. Maybe just bad pitching and good hitting and some bad defense between Boston and Baltimore.  3 runs in three games for the Tigers and after being shut out the first two games, Royals offense was on fire and scored four

I'm sure you've got folks collecting balls and testing them.

The thought that they’ve juiced the balls a bit more this year is just a possible theory at this point.  No way to prove or disprove it in four days’ worth of games in late March/early April.   We’ll see where things are in June.  But the ball did seem to be carrying well in Fenway this series.
