I dont hate the Pirates or the 79 Pirate team...I hate that we blew the series going home...I have never worn a Yankee cap...even as a joke, though...my hatred of the Yankees is profound.

After all of the struggles of the last 2 months, I'm amazed that at 76-55 we still have the 3rd best record in baseball only 0.012 points behind the Dodgers for best record.

I think we’ll see the bats wake up when we play the Rockies and White Sox. Confidence is a helluva drug. We just gotta get through the Dodgers series.
