From the boxscore, Hernandez came out for and pitched the 8th. 3 inning pitched, 2 hits, 1 run (homer), 0 walks and 3 K's. Not bad at all and O's lead 11-2.

Edit: Oops, they changed the boxscore. Hernandez only pitched 2. Castillo pitched the 8th. 3 up, 3 down.

Castillo pitched the 8th, very uneventful. Also looks like Caleb Joseph got in the game and is 1 for 1.

One game in, I know, but not a good start for Sarfate if he wants to make the team. One IP, two hits, a run surrendered and a walk. Not a good way to make your case.

On a different note, good start for Hernandez. Even though he gave up the home run he pitched two innings and struck out three without a walk.
