sakata_catching
At present, there are no fewer than 5 teams (O's, Pirates, Astros, Indians, Dbacks) on pace to lose 100+ games. It's a long season, and some of these teams still have yet to play their worst baseball. Should this come to pass, it would be a fairly singular achievement. Since expanding to the 162 game schedule, there have never been more than 4 100-loss teams in a single season, and that was achieved only once, in 2002. bobmc
The good? We're not alone in our ignominy....:clap3: The bad? The losing continues but as our young core matures and new prospects arrive, things are likely to get better. The ugly? We will have to be really dismal to "earn" the title of "Worst Team in the Majors" and first pick in the 2011 MLB Draft. :eektf: Go O's!
