I certainly hope that you are right. I would also go out and sign Edwin Encarnacion to play first base. The rap on Encarnacion has been his defense at third, but at first I think he would do well.

Where do we get "soon" from Buster's message? Reynolds won't hit close to 50 HR in Camden Yards, no matter what Buster is smoking. Better odds on 200 strikeout season.

This guy is a significant player. He is a solid defensive third baseman, getting better every year. No, he isn't a .300 hitter, but lifetime he is around .245 and he has tremendous power. I will be excited if AM gets this one done, and i expect him to.

I'd never predict 50 HR going into a season for any player, but it isn't impossible.

Reynolds has some truly impressive offensive upside.

Exactly what he was saying last night on MLB network. Hopefully this gets done before the winter meetings start so they can focus on 1st and SS next week in Orlando.

I'll be excited too but Reynolds is below average defensively.
