Get in scoring position. That's always plenty reason. Look at how it helped the Rays in the first inning. Aggressive base running done well is a huge asset to any team. Baltimore has none of that.

Yeah. That's the 1st inning with someone that can steal a base. Pie hasn't had much success stealing and we're down three runs in the eighth. It didn't make much sense in that situation. We needed base runners, not one player being in scoring position.

They're down 9-6. There is literally no reason to possibly waste a base runner to get him into scoring position.
