Not a rocket doctor, but what would Dr. Andrews have to do with a forearm?

Honestly, let's just give him Tommy John surgery at this point and we'll see him next year. It worked out fine for Strasburg.

Source: I have no idea what TJ surgery actually does.

They take a ligament from your wrist(this case his left non throwing wrist), drill some holes in the elbow and figure eight that ligament to tighten the elbow up.
