Just read a couple pages on that board and I need to go take a shower. That can't be the primary board for Blue Jays fans, can it? Surely there is a respectable board for real baseball fans to go to in Toronto, isn't there?

No. That's the best one.

They only have one team in that county.

This whole thing has gone on too long. Dan clearly wants to go or he would have said otherwise. If he actually wants to work for Toronto then we should let him. I like that Angelos is threatening tampering charges. Dalton Pompey or Ryan Hoffman would be nice additions. Half of me wants Angelos to spit in Manfred's face and say "I'll see you in court". But I really wanted an All-Star game here again and this Duquette thing has to be related somehow.

I also don't see why Toronto fans are so angry about all this. But posting all their comments here is unnecessary. I have no interest in reading what their fans think of Duquette or the Orioles.

They're negotiating in the media and trying to bring down the price...do not play chicken with Peter.

McCown. We've already had Morosi quote one radio guy and tell us a week ago it was "almost done." To be fair, Morosi couldn't confirm it, but gave it much more visibility by putting it out there anyway.

It's just my observation but it's funny how a lot of false rumors over the year come from radio guys, sometimes ESPN in Chicago or other nonsense.

Any president/CEO job in the industry is a highly coveted one, and there will be no shortage of very qualified applicants should they begin a formal search.

I'm glad to here there's no shortage of applicants...... When they say formal search do they mean one where they finally start acting professionally and stop having MLB and the media do their dirty work?

And then what? We keep a guy who is disgruntled that we didn't allow him to get the ultimate job for a baseball executive? That sounds like a recipe for success.
